Why We Do What We Do

The mission of 2020 Vision Quest, to lead and inspire students and professionals to reach beyond adversity and achieve their peak potential, relies heavily on both the athletic pursuits and presentation prowess of our founder, Randy Pierce. Whether he’s flying to California to address corporate executives or speaking to second-graders at a local elementary school, Randy’s presentations inspire with common themes — managing adversity, believing in one’s own ability — delivered powerfully. Drawing deeply from his own experiences, challenges, adventures and successes, Randy’s 2020 Vision Quest presentations connect with audiences and motivate them to consider ways they might reach their peak potential.
